Shipping Procedure & Delivery Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account. We ship via Fedex Ground, Fedex Express Saver and USPS Priority. After your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number which you can use to track the package.

Free Shipping
We offer free Fedex Ground shipping for all retail orders over $20 for shipping locations with in the continental United States. For all other locations there is a $100 minimum for shipping via USPS. For Continental US orders, Fedex Ground takes between 1 - 5 days depending on the delivery location's proximity to us in Alexandria, VA. Non-continental US order delivery times also vary by location from between 6-10 days, sometimes more via USPS. If you prefer a different shipping method, several options will be provided at the shopping cart screen. Simply add your location in the Estimate Shipping area and click on the Get Quote button.

Our Returns Policy
You may return all items sold by Sakaad within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs. We believe in the high quality of our products and ability to deliver these products to your 100% complete satisfaction.

If you decided to cancel/return an order you need not give a reason. We will arrange to ship the items back to our location.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Sakaad depend upon the method and option you choose.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
